4

Your initial visit is a comprehensive, one-on-one evaluation focused on understanding your symptoms, medical history, and goals. Dr. Ashley take the time to listen, assess movement and function, and create a personalized plan of care. You will be provided with same-day treatment, as well!

You don’t need a diagnosis to take the first step. Many patients come in simply knowing something doesn’t feel right. Your evaluation is designed to provide clarity, education, and a clear plan forward.

5

What if I’m not sure what’s wrong?

When should I schedule my initial evaluation?

6

If your symptoms are affecting your daily life, confidence, or ability to move comfortably—or if you’ve been waiting for answers—it’s a good time to schedule an evaluation. Early care often leads to better outcomes, but it is never “too late” to begin.

Is internal pelvic floor treatment required?

Internal assessment or treatment is never mandatory. While it can be a valuable clinical tool for some conditions, many patients improve with external techniques, movement retraining, and education alone. Any treatment approach is discussed thoroughly and guided by your comfort level and goals. Nothing is done without your consent, and your comfort and privacy are always prioritized.

No—it is never too late to get help. Whether your symptoms began recently or years ago, meaningful improvement is still possible. Many patients come to Renova after living with discomfort, leakage, or pain far longer than they should have. You deserve care that supports lasting change—at any stage of life.
